Devotions

We had an interesting family devotions tonight. After reading about how God made Adam and Eve, Dad asked if we knew why God used a rib from Adam to make Eve instead of just making her from dust, like He had Adam. Scott's guess was a gem. "He didn't want to waste the dust?" And despite Mom and Dad's best efforts to pull devotions back to a serious topic, the thing the kids learned tonite is that women would have been a waste of dirt.
