Last Sunday

This photo is actually from two Sundays ago. Chad is standing with Janet Jones on his right and Mrs. Bickish on his left. He is taller than both of them now. That same week, we found out that Chad is out of the girl-hating stage. He and Mom were leaving the apartment building together, he was walking in front of Mom. As they got to the door, so did three other people, all women, two of them young. Chad grabbed the door and held it for the young women, then followed them out - leaving Mom standing behind him, still inside. She has been telling everyone this story and he is embarassed. :) Janet Jones is the lady, by the way, that he goes fishing and camping with her and her husband.
This past Sunday was exciting at Jubilee Baptist Church. Allen Blooflat was ordained. He has been a member of Jubilee since, we think, 2002. He teaches on Sundays first service quite often and has a successful Bible Study at the nursing hom where he is also a nurse. And this is the house that Daddy sided on the river. It's finished now. And of course, after the homeowner saw his work, he offered him winter work. Did we already say that? Oh well.
